    Clavicles are the bone structure that controls how wide your shoulder frame is, the longer your clavicles are the wider your frame will be, it’s 100% genetically determined but it can be changed within time with training & muscles mass around the shoulders, the main things that you need to focus on are your posture and a shoulder muscle called “deltoid”.

     Shoulder posture 

    In worst case scenarios in bad postures are forward neck posture and rounded shoulders this is the most common thing a lot of people have, and they are easy to fix but they require an effort and a routine to do pretty much on daily basis.

    Rounded shoulders and hunched back are your worst enemies when it comes to making your frame wider or reach your genetical potential, the first step to start fixing your posture is sleeping on the floor and on your back and let gravity do its work, we sleep for 7 hours, imagine staying in a wrong position for a whole night everyday, it’s a bad habit that will surely make your posture worst and worst.

    Steps to fight rounded shoulder

    1. try to balance your back and chest muscles by doing pull ups and push ups
    2. Sleep on your back on the floor and after a while try removing the pillow.
    3. basic morning stretches that can be found on youtube.

    The deltoid shoulder muscles

    This a crucial muscle that you need to make gains on, it made a tremendous change for a bunch of people that had a narrow to neutral shoulder frame including myself, :FeelsOkeyMan: , one youtube video that I used to do as a routine every day really helped me, it’s a simple exercise but super effective.

    Having a good v taper is incredibly important for attraction for sure. It’s largely genetic but if ur under 12 you should start swimming and taking growth hormone

    so posture and activity influences the growth of a V taper more than genes? and can i make my taper develope better with pull ups or something? age 17
